QUALITY ASSURANCE ANALYST – Karawang (Jawa Barat)
Qualification & Experience:

• Memahami prinsip kerja di industry farmasi
• Mampu mengoperasikan computer (Word, Excell)
• SMF & D1 – D3 Farmasi,
• Fresh graduate/ pengalaman 1 tahun
• Jujur, tidak buta warna, inisiatif, cekatan

Job Description and Responsibilities:

• Monitoring sarana penunjang produksi (purified water, RH & Suhu untuk ruang RH terkendali) sebelum & selama proses produksi
• Mengawasi jalannya proses produksi, menginformasikan kepada Operator & melapor kepada Kasi yang bersangkutan serta atasan bila terjadi penyimpangan yang dapat mempengaruhi mutu produk
• Mengaudit kesesuaian pelaksanaan dengan prosedur pada setiap tahapan proses produksi
• Mengaudit implementasi dari sistem-sistem yang telah disepakati (seperti Protap, WI dan sebagainya).
• Membuat laporan temuan audit baik untuk setiap penyimpangan yang terjadi maupun hal-hal baik yang sudah dilakukan
• Membuat laporan hasil monitoring RH, Suhu & Purified water
• Melakukan validasi di produksi
• Melakukan kalibrasi

» Male/Female, min 25 years

» Experience min 3-5 years in Quality Assurance as managerial position
» Have knowledge in Quality Management System Based On ISO TS / 16949 Management System
» Have good leadership skill, management skill, interpersonal skill, good analytical skill in trouble-shooting and problem solving and self motivated, good communication, good coordination and improvement minded
» Male, max 40 years
» Diploma / Bachelor degree in engineering
» Resposible for the overall quality of production
» Fluency in English (oral and written)
