- Female. age between 27-34 years old.
- Min D3 degree, preferably S1 degree in any major.
- Preferably applicants from Surabaya area (live or hometown in Surabaya)
- Mature, pleasant personality, symphatetic, good looking and customer service oriented.
- Good interpersonal, communication and teaching skill.
- Computer literate and fluent in English.
- Willing to work under shift schedule and on public holiday as scheduled.
- To monitor & follow up all complaints, supervise the operation of information desk & safe deposit counter, provide the customer service report on monthly basis and also the ideas to reduce the customer complaint and create internal in-store promotion program.
