Qualification & Experience:

Having 3 years of experience in Employee/Labor Relations.
Have an experience in litigation, handling social security of labor, and maintain relation with governance (disnaker).
Have good initiative and problem solving skills.
Have good ability to analytical thinking, good communication and negotiation skills.
Age 28 – 35 years old.
Bachelor’s Degree in Law.
Able to good communicate with all level of employees.
Strong leadership, adaptability & service oriented.
