QUALITY LOGISTICS & CLIENT RELATION

Responsibilities:
* Delivers the value promises to the customer and/ or consumer by ensuring conformity in supply chain processes and behaviors
* Defines storage and transportation specification
* Participates in contractors selection
* Ensures quality feedback from customers/CBU'S
* Carries out audits to measure conformity within the supply chain and on the market
* Leads Quality continues improvement plans
* Validates the effectiveness of tracebility system
* Train and animates logistics people on quality KPI

Requirements:
* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Chemical) or equivalent.
* At least 4 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Preferably Manager / Assistant Managers specializing in Quality Control/Assurance or equivalent. Job role in Quality Control/Assurance or equivalent.
* Familiar with warehousing or supply chain SAP module
* Can use English both written and verbal
* Have experience on dealing with cross function projects
* Able to use microsoft office fluently (power point and excel)

Key Account Executive

Requirements:
* Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any field.
* At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Preferably Supervisor / Coordinators specializing in Sales - Retail/General or equivalent. Job role in Supervisor/Team Lead or equivalent.

QUALITY CUSTOMER RELATION MANAGER
Jakarta Raya

Responsibilities:
* Develop the loyalty of consumer and protect brands, through the quality of handling complaint
* Handling Complaint for Customer and Consumer related with Quality Complaint as per guidance
* Ensure there is "quality" feedback and actions of improvement for consumers
* Manage sensitive case, alert if there is potential crisis
* Ensure efficient management of handling consumer in case of crisis (hold or recall product complaint , FAQ and Communication Tools together with Corporate Communication and Legal department)
* Develop and monitor the skill of handling complaint team (QMU, Depot, Distributor and Plant) with soft skill and product knowledge
* Participates in product write off implementation
* Ensure complaint resolution div effectiveness (budget, database, tools,etc)

Requirements:
* Minimum S1 and having 3 years experience on handling customer complaints for FMCG or Minimum D3 and having 5 years experience on handling customer complaints for FMCG
* Preferably Manager / Assistant Managers specializing in Customer Service or equivalent. Job role in Call Centre Executive or equivalent.
* Can use English both written and desirable oral
* Have experience on dealing with customer retention project
* Able to use microsoft office fluently (power point and excel)
* Full-Time position(s) available.
