Responsibilities:
To provide current and updated information to all Distributors in counter Jakarta office
To be communication channel between distributor and company by providing the up to date information
To receive advice and complaint from distributors with performing company positive image
To implement all procedure, SOP, Job Description and regulations in the company to support self performance and company performance generally
To contribute in maintaining relationship between company and distributor with reporting the complaints to superior
To monitor the progress of complaints, in order to make right answer when the distributors ask about the complaints
Requirements:
Female, D3 graduated in any background, minimum age 21 years
Minimum 1 year working experience in customer service
Computer literate (Microsoft Office)
Written and oral communication in English is an advantage
Willing to work hard, discipline, fast learner, possess highly initiative, honest & trustworthy
Teamwork oriented and mature
Good interpersonal communication skill
Able to accomplish any job given with tight deadline and high standard of quality & accuracy
Excellent in health
