Senior Cad Operator/ Drafter

Requirements:

• Male, age between 21-30 years old. 
• Min. Diploma from reputable Academy wt GPA ≥ 2.75 
• Minimum 2 years experience as CAD Operator Advance skill in Auto CAD, 3D Max, and other graphic design programs 
• Good knowledge of signage and fixtures 
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to thrive in fast-paced

Merchandising Manager

Responsibilities:

• You will be responsible for preparing buying budget; sourcing and managing the merchandise mix for the achievements of targeted sales & profits, and increase market share; monitoring merchandise performance (sales analysis); planning merchandise clearance; and also responsible for brand reporting requirements 

Requirements: 

• Min Bachelor Degree from reputable university 
• Min 5 years relevant experience in merchandising/purchasing/similar position, preferably from fashion retail industry. 
• Strong retail math & analytical skills, detail oriented. 
• Must have a thorough knowledge of fashion lifestyle and sharp business sense. 
• Strong interpersonal skill & proven leadership 
• Fluent in English & Computer Literate

• Develop merchandising budget plan Monitor and analyze merchandising performance Provide recommendation for improvement in Merchandising Division 

Requirements:

• Male/Female, max. 35 years old, with minimum Bachelor Degree from reputable university. 
• Currently holds managerial level, with comprehensive experiences in budgeting. 
• Min 5 years experiences in retail industry (field: Store Control / Merchandising / Budget Control). 
• Proficient in developing Merchandising Budget Plan and Inventory Analysis Program Strong analytical skill, with proficiency in English & Computer

Real Estate Manager
