As short term business plans, PT DH Energy is planning to set up power projects and coal up-gradation project in South Sumatera.

Our Company was established in 2007 under Indonesian Law with specific focus to develop energy projects generally in Indonesia, and particularly in the South Sumatra. DH Energy and its affiliates own Pendopo Energi Batubara, a coal mine in Pendopo, South Sumatra which holds the 3rd Generation Coal Contract of Work from the Government of Indonesia. DH Energy will secure long term in-house coal supply for our projects through our coal mining concession, Pendopo Energi Batubara.

DH Energy develops coal-to-clean-energy projects onsite to utilize lignite resources in Pendopo, South Sumatra. The projects are developed on build, own and operate basis through project companies in collaboration with credible and reliable partners/ investors. DH Energy will also expand its business beyond South Sumatra and in other provinces of Indonesia.

To facilitate and support the current and upcoming business development, the company is urgently seeking professionals with relevant experience to fill the following positions at its head office in Jakarta.

This position will support the activities within the Legal Department, review all legal related documents, i.e. business contract, investment agreement, employment contract/letter, etc., and ensure it is in line with government regulation and international law in order to provide protection to company’s assets and stakeholders’ interests.

Qualifications :
  • Formal Education
  • S1 degree in Law from a reputable local or overseas university
  • Minimum Score TOEFL 525
Working Experience :
  • At least 2 years experience in related area 
  • Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply
Other Relevant Skills :
  • Fluent in written and spoken English
  • Articulate and persuasive in oral communication
  • Good knowledge of corporate law, including regulations and document preparation, litigation, employment regulation, and contract negotiation and preparation
  • Good understanding & knowledge of national, regional law and other law related to DH Power main business.
  • Good managerial skills
  • Computer skills
  • Good understanding of the company business and industry.


This position will support the activities within the Finance Department, to conduct all accounting related activities which includes recording and processing data of financial transactions, calculating its tax implication and to regularly pay the tax-collected to the government tax office, in order to ensure all transactional information is recorded and posted accurately and timely, and in compliance with the prevailing tax and accounting principles and standard.

  • Formal Education
  • Minimum S1 degree in Accounting from reputable local or overseas university.
  • Minimum Score TOEFL 525
Working Experience :
  • At least 2 years experience in related area.

Other Relevant Skills
  • Comprehend in tax law.
  • Good communication skills, with fluent in written and spoken English.
  • Good interpersonal and managerial skills.
  • Strong background and knowledge in tax regulations.
  • Familiar with local and international accounting policy and procedures.
  • Good knowledge and skills in the use of accounting (book keeping) software applications, databases, spreadsheets, and/or word processing required.
